Just Glorify Your Name

Since you brought me to this place, You must have had a reason;
It would be so easy if you took the pain away.
I know the plans you have for me are for good and not for evil;
Still the hardest thing I've ever done is to give it up and say,
"Lord, glorify Your name, just glorify Your name."

I have prayed for many things, for peace and joy and healing;
I've prayed to ease the troubles of the people that I love.
But I forget that sometimes there's a purpose for the suffering,
and the hardest thing I'll ever do is really learn to trust,
and glorify Your name, just glorify Your name.
